The Round Britain and Ireland Challenge is a unique yacht race which takes around 28 days (four working weeks) to circumnavigate Great Britain and Ireland, covering around 2,500 miles including training.
The fleet of six matched Dehler Varianta 44´s are crewed by guests and skippered by professionals (Commercially Endorsed Yachtmasters). Guests can choose to join one of the boats for a single leg from £600 to a whole race over 28 days or anywhere between. Guests might even choose the complete RBI Challenge.
"We´re also passionate sailors and would love to help you work on your sailing. If you´re going to race with us, you need to spend time with us so we can understand your skills and to ensure you´re on a boat with similar people when you do race", inventor Charly Walker said.
The fleet of Dehler Varianta 44´s is built to handle the challenges that RBI Challenge series throws at them. This means that they are also the perfect boat for guests to use to in a one day event in the rbic-base in Weymouth bay, or at The Round the Island Race, Cowes Week or any other prestigious event.
